17 years. That’s how long we’ve been building much more than just a translation agency.
The beating heart of Synergy is the loyal, enduring, two-way relationship we have built with our freelance translators around the world.
We have seen our fantastic linguists through weddings and new arrivals, the challenges of illness and recovery, spikes and lows of activity and all the joys life throws at us. At Synergy we share with our translators more than just projects – we share photos of our kids, stories about our weekends, funny things that happened that day, the way friends do. Because we ARE friends, just like colleagues in a real office.
The impact of this approach comes to the fore when it matters most – when an urgent or challenging request hits our team moves mountains to meet deadlines. When a project gets complex, we work as a team sharing our research and expertise. And when we are up against it as PMs, we get messages like ‘IDGAF about the purchase order – I trust you’.
This trust didn’t happen overnight. It was built project by project, conversation by conversation, year after year. It comes from being fair, transparent, responsive, and respectful, especially when things don’t go the way we planned.
These human interactions with professionals all over the world are the best part of our job…and not a single “urgent request” was harmed in the making of these relationships.
